You know you are on brand when a friend has s*x toys to give away and you are the first person she thinks of. How did I get so lucky? The sonic vibe is an interesting new sensation.

It's not "cheating" to use a toy when making love with a partner. However you get to or**sm that pleasurable for both of you is valid. It doesn't mean your partner isn't good enough, or s*xy enough. It's an assist.

As young girls, we are rarely told that our bodies are beautiful, that they are ours to enjoy, and they have a wisdom all their own.

I learned to love what I see on the mirror. I practiced listening to my body's, choices of what (and who) to eat. And in doing so, not only did I get more enjoyable or**sms, my whole lifr expanded!

I just had a salad for breakfast. I probably should have taken a picture when it was all lovely, with the plate full of arugula, avocado chunks, red onion, jicama, sunflower seeds, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. But I was too excited to start eating it.

And it was or**smic! Have you ever eaten food that makes your body explode with joy? That's what happens when you ask your body what it wants to eat, and listen to it, no matter how ridiculous. Ergo, salad for breakfast. With olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Yummy 🥗🥑🌰🫶

How many ruts do you find yourself in so deeply that you don't even see it as a rut? When was the last time you asked, if I could choose anything as my breakfast (or life) what would it be? Most of our choices are dictated by trying to get life right, to win and not lose, and to fit in.

Do you smile this big? Does your life light you up and turn you on? Mine didn't always. It took learning tools, working with facilitators, and diligently choosing to live an or**smic life.

I chose judgment for a long time. Judgment of myself, judgment of others, as if this would somehow create a "better," happier life. That didn't work! Shocker.

Now I have allowance for everything I am. Ambitious, lazy, greedy, stingy, generous, caring. Sexual, s*xy, prudish. You make it, I can be it.

This month, we're playing with that concept in my Facebook group, Transformation 30 Times 30. Every day, I go live with 30 repetitions of a question and the clearing statement from the literature of Access Consciousness. This month, we are exploring being the totally of who we be.

Culinary adventures in Mexico. This is a soursop fruit. It has a creamy consistency, and tastes like a pear and a banana had a baby. Took a bit of work to peel and get the meat out. Have to say, I'm not a fan. But I don't like bananas or mushy foods, so no surprise there.

There are fruit trees all over the city here. They drop their bounty for anyone to pick up. Nearby, we also have a jackfruit tree, and a whole grove of mango.

Vegan beyond sausage with whole grain mustard and sauerkraut. I'm a mustard on the bottom bun, kraut on top of the sausage kinda girl.
