Standing together with contract doctors in Malaysia.

Contract doctors was one of the main manpower tackling Covid Pandemic. However, they're being exploited by the system and the government. Many are expected to be dismissed from service after the pandemic. Even with their hard work and commitment.
They are

✅ Being paid less with minimal pay raise per year
✅ Less welfare : no study leave etc
✅ Not absorbed into local specialisation program
✅Expected to be dismissed from service after the contract ends

Despite doctors from multiple countries had taken strike to go against the system, Malaysian contract doctors still stay at their position to serve the people.
