Monday rest day! How are you recovering after a weekend of riding?

I am a fan of active recovery days that allow me to move my body differently and open neuropath ways in my brain. Whether that's playing a game or tossing a frisbee. But there is also value in not doing anything.

Magic happens during recovery. The muscles are allowed to fully recover and repair. Taking the time to focus on nutrition and hydration during recovery helps rebuild muscles and blood volume, and sets you up for upcoming training sessions.

What's your strategy? Or don't have a consistent one? DM me and I can share with you a tip to get you on your way.
