Hello! My name is Nawin Bravo and the reason I decided to join the Hands to Heart CPR Team was to help uncover the inequities of pre-hospital care throughout New York City. My desire was not only to uncover it, but also to be part of a team that its main goal was to mend it by teaching individuals hands only CPR.

Hello my name is ashley and I am a junior at UASEM. I wanted join the hands to heart CPR team because I was born premature and my health and the health of others have always been very important to me. Spreading what I learned and experience in this amazing team makes me extremely happy. I could not ask for a better team to teach our community how to save life, and share many fun moments.

On Valentine’s Day, we had our official event at 375 Pearl St in NYC! We taught hands-only CPR to 113 people in 4 hours! We worked so hard as a team and we can’t wait to continue to teach New York City residents hands-only CPR!
