⭐ Controlling the movements allow your body to get the benefits of the workout. Try this one out! ⠀

Circuit 1: 2x ⠀
12 Reaching Oblique Crunch (each side: total 24)⠀
12 High Flutter Kicks ⠀
12 Russian Twists with 7lb. ⠀
30 sec. Toe Taps⠀
1 minute Plank with Weight Transfer (try with no weights if you’re a beginner) ⠀

Circuit 2: 3x ⠀
30 sec. plank leg lifts front⠀
30 sec. plank leg lift back ⠀
12 reverse crunch ⠀
12 Oblique Crunch (each side) ⠀
