Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a state of the art 288 bed facility located within the beautiful Boreum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Our mission at Hopkins is to promote healing and better health within a caring and supportive environment. Our dedicated clinical and supportive staff strives to provide a loving atmosphere for all patients and residents. At Hopkins we provide services for those in need of short term as well as long term care. Those that require short-term rehabilitation are placed on one of our two 36-bed subacute care units. In order to ensure a timely return home back into the community, we offer rehabilitation services seven days a week. We are committed to being a facility for you or a loved one that requires care at any level. Come for a tour and see our beautiful facility and meet our dedicated staff that you or a loved one will experience while with us.

Yesterday morning, the 3rd floor of Hopkins was buzzing with energy as our residents and staff danced to the rhythm of Machel Montano’s "Fast Wine"! 🎶💃 Everyone got moving with Zumba, shaking off the morning blues and having a blast while staying active and engaged. It's a fun and energizing way to kick off the day!

What an unforgettable day at Hopkins Center! Residents and staff alike enjoyed a special visit from our furry and feathered friends during a fun petting zoo activity. 🐐🐇 From bunnies to chickens and even a donkey, everyone had the chance to connect, cuddle, and laugh together.

It was heartwarming to see that over 80% of our residents joined in and shared these joyful moments. 💛✨

We were treated to a heartwarming performance by The Happiness Factory, a talented group of young musicians ages 6 to 16 who shared their passion and energy with our residents.
