ELVT Practice:
Wether you are hiking through the woods, priming your body for movement, sitting in stillness, or flowing through your day: the goal is always the same. We are establishing our realm. Using our breath as the compass to remind us of the present moment. The inhale represents the “I am here” and the exhale represents letting go of “what is out there” releasing any judgement, doubts, fears, and expectations. Taking control of your breath will allow you to discover the power of the present moment. Go EXPLORE 🥾.
