The mission of Head Trash Anonymous (HTA) is to help individuals remove their anxiety, worry, and stress. For many who are sick, broke, or suffering in some way, a miracle is impossible from the level of the mind. When I was very sick, curing myself was impossible. I will show you the next step forward, and the one after that, and the one after that. Relax and enjoy the journey in My Presence, trusting Me to open up the way before you as you go.

Baba Sam. You are Perfect Spirit, and the real you knows the exact way forward. The mind hates not knowing the future, the final outcome and begins to worry and fear the uncertainty. When you find doubts arises, turnaround (repent), and come back to center. Center is the true you, Perfect Spirit. It's also a practice to trust oneself. The more you can relax then more you'll know.

Our Story

Sam Shelley is the founder and director of public outreach. Sam lived a tale of two lives. In his first 44 years he was trapped in his mind filled with head trash. His head trash, the mental garbage, created a lot of stress and anxiety. This stress and anxiety led to a very difficult life of pain and suffering. At age 6, Sam was run over by a van causing serious life-threatening injuries including head trauma, broken hip and broken elbow. At age 20, his head trash made him suicidal and he had to be hospitalized twice where he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. In his 20's his was also dealing with stress induced migraines, psoriasis, and arthritis. At age 37, he lost the ability to walk from multiple sclerosis. At age 44 his life change dramatically. By letting go of his head trash, he created the space for transformation. He had a very simple meditation and mindfulness practice, combined with yoga. Today, he is a medical miracle. He no longer has signs of any disease, no longer requires medication, and no longer need mobility aides (walker, cane). Sam is a published author of "I Don't Dwell -- how I used meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to reverse my incurable diseases." The mission is Head Trash Anonymous (HTA) is to help individuals and groups to remove their head trash. By removing the Head Trash you gain clarity, confidence, and happiness. Head Trash is caused from thought addiction, believing our thoughts, opinions and beliefs are the absolute truth. A primary goal of the organization is to have HTA groups around the world, helping one another to remove their Head Trash. HTA is a social profit company with most of the proceeds going to charity. Sam helps you, you help Sam. Then you both impact the world.
