We Fire It Up! Fat Boys Run is a community for those who have persistently struggled with their weight. Our motto is very simple: “START YOUR DAY ONE”.

Running is our primary method of exercise, but we want our members to stay active in any way they enjoy. We realize that “cheat days” are necessary and you might go through periods of not exercising. Fat Boys Run strives to get members back on track for their day one by offering meetups for run dates, healthy cooking videos, and podcasts with everyday folks who support the Fat Boys Run mission.

After days of thoughts and conversations with loved ones I’m still at a loss for words. I want to stay genuine and not post for the sake of posting. However, silence is what got us here. We now have the attention of the nation and world. Black lives are being lost and broadcast on national tv. This is NOT normal. We have no leadership at the top. Let us fill that void with our voices, words, and peaceful actions.

On Wednesday I hit 250 rides at Soul with simply the great . I remember the days I thought I could never walk into that studio. Owe my success on that bike to so many people below. Most of all . Love you kid and all those on my journey.
