On registration we send out 2 remedies in 4 potencies and a unique journal designed specially for this healing circle.
The journal has instructions on how to take the remedies and prompts to work with both the mind and body throughout these 4 weeks. You will learn how to make subtle shifts within yourself track them in the journal.
Every Thursday 8pm ET we meet on Zoom to share our experiences, our stories and meditate together.
The meetings help us to connect with one another and use group consciousness to help one other on this healing journey.
