Floor sweepers 20 each side back and forth 40t
# broomstick and floor - 212 tempo w foot switch

Wax on wax off - left hand 20 times inward right hand 20 times outward and switch 40t on floor # rag/cleaner x 3
Sand/scrub the floor - left hand 20 times inward right hand 20 times outward and switch x 40 /cleaner x 3
9 burpees
30 pull ups
60 pushups
90 squats
15-30 minutes walk or run
