This is truly excellent. h/t to Chapin Langenheim for bringing it to my attention.
It draws on a lot of what we know about trauma. People are feeling unsafe in the world, many for the first time. Give yourself space for grief, and for fear. Take time to ground yourself (the 5-4-3-2-1 technique is great for that!) and to be gentle with others *and* with ourselves. We will get through this. We will not be unchanged, but we will still be ourselves, too.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

This is a very powerful photo. Mental health doesn't discriminate. It's very important to check in on your loved ones and ask how they are and ask twice.
