is located at 1776 Eastchester Rd, Suite 220, Bronx, New York 10461. Gateway offers programs, services and meals for people with special needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities and people with mental health needs. Gateway also provide support services the families of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Gateway operates out of four of the five New York City boroughs, serving individuals living in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan. Gateway provides programs and services 365 days a year, 7 days a week, from early morning on into the evening hours. Our facilities, programs and services are regulated under the auspices of the New York State Office for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH).

A wonderful day at the Louis Armstrong House Museum! 🎺🎶💙

Our G4 & G7 groups explored the home of the legendary jazz musician, discovering his incredible story, music, and the impact he left on the world. The visit was full of inspiration, rhythm, and smiles all around! 🎷✨

Another amazing day for our G4 & G7 groups at Queens County Farm! 🍂🐄🎃

Everyone spent the day exploring the fields, meeting animals, and enjoying the beauty of fall together. From feeding goats to picking pumpkins and sharing laughs, it was a day full of smiles and connection. 🌾🤎

Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to learn, grow, and have fun as a community. 💛

Halloween vibes + creativity = the perfect combo! 🎃👻🎨

Our Halloween Sip & Paint was a spooky success — filled with laughter, art, and a whole lot of orange and black! 🧡🖤 Participants let their imaginations run wild, painting ghosts, pumpkins, and magical Halloween scenes while enjoying good company and festive treats.

We love seeing our community come together to celebrate the season with creativity and joy!

From meeting friendly farm animals to exploring pumpkin patches and enjoying the crisp autumn air, it was the perfect day to connect with nature and each other.

We love seeing our students experience new places, learn through exploration, and make wonderful memories together. Thank you, Queens County Farm, for such a warm and welcoming visit!

Our G 4&7 groups had an amazing time exploring The Museum of the Moving Image in Queens! 🎥✨

From classic movie moments to interactive exhibits, everyone got to experience the magic behind film, TV, and animation. The students loved seeing how stories come to life on screen — and even tried creating their own short clips!
