How Nate Ament gained 25lbs in 6 months! 💪🏀

At the top levels of basketball, every edge you can find matters 🏀

And as an athlete, inflammation is always present, slowly breaking down your body. And some of the "healthy" foods you eat every day might actually be making it WORSE!

Lifting a lot, but not seeing any weight gain? 😔🏀

Your nutrition is the problem!

If you are not eating enough food and protein it will be virtually impossible to see progress 😞

Most athletes have not idea how much they need to eat to get progress and rely on:

- extra protein drinks
- force feeding themselves
- using supplements
- spending more time in the weight room

None of which actually work 😔

Puka has a team around him telling him exactly how to workout and exactly how much to eat.

And he packed on 40lbs. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Poor nutrition can increase your risk of hamstring injuries! 🤕🏀

The biggest mistake is not eating enough to fuel and recover from your training!

Most athletes guess and hope they are eating enough without really knowing!

And if you have nutrition deficiencies like vitamin D, copper, and vitamin C, then you are at an even BIGGER risk!

They best way to protect yourself is to:

- have a nutrition plan that works
- get advanced nutrition testing to find those hidden gaps in your nutrition

Poor Nutrition cost the Indiana Fever a spot in the WNBA finals 🏀

The sad part is, this was 100% preventable.

With a nutrition and hydration plan Kelsey would have been adequately recovered for the game and could have led her team to a win.

Instead she left the game in the 3rd quarter (!!!) and was hospitalized.

Don't let this happen to you!

Your body can’t perform like an elite athlete if you’re fueling it like a rec player.

Build your armor before it breaks! 🤕
