February Is About Showing Up Together
This February, we’re creating shared moments that extend beyond a single day or event. Our programming is designed to foster connection, participation, and collective meaning experiences that live on through conversation, memory, and community momentum.
Here’s how that shows up this month:
Community Clubbing: Pre-Love Celebration
February 12
This isn’t just an event, it’s a shared atmosphere.
Community Clubbing creates a space where people gather not as spectators, but as contributors to the energy in the room. Through music, movement, mocktails, and holistic practices, participants co-create an afternoon rooted in joy, safety, and mutual presence.
Come as you are. Leave connected.
W.R.A.P. Training (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)
February 26–27 (Currently Full)
The demand for this training speaks volumes.
W.R.A.P. works because it centers personal agency and lived experience, values our community consistently asks for. While this session is fully booked, future offerings will be shaped directly by community interest.
If W.R.A.P. matters to you, tell us why. Your voice helps determine what comes next.
Sound Meditation & Drum Circle
February 10
In a world that rarely slows down, rhythm becomes a shared language.
These sessions invite participants into a collective calm where sound, breath, and repetition create a grounding experience that’s felt individually and shared communally. Many return not just for the practice, but for the sense of belonging it creates.
Candle-Making Workshop
February 10
This workshop is designed to complement our Sound Meditation & Drum Circle by extending inner calm into a tangible, sensory practice.
Participants are guided through the holistic art of candle-making as a form of grounded mindfulness, working with scent, intention, and presence. By blending personalized fragrances, individuals create candles that reflect their emotional needs, memories, or desired states (calm, focus, grounding, renewal).
Where sound meditation uses rhythm and vibration to regulate the nervous system, candle-making translates that same internal state into form—capturing it through aroma and ritual. The result is a personal object that continues the experience long after the session ends.
Each candle becomes:
A sensory anchor for relaxation
A personalized scent linked to emotional regulation
A ritual tool that reconnects participants to the calm and clarity found in sound and rhythm
Garden Club
February 13
Garden Club brings people together around patience, stewardship, and preparation. As we ready the soil for the coming season, participants build relationships that grow alongside what’s planted.
