This includes burning fat, building strength and endurance, and more. Strong glutes = strong knees + strong posture.

Everybody wants results, but not everybody is willing to slow down and isolate the muscles that actually build them.

This is a bench-supported kickback with load โ€” forcing the glute to work without stealing tension with the lower back or momentum.

โ€ข Squeeze at the top
โ€ข Control the negative
