Breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard I don’t have time or I don’t cook. This breakfast is quick, easy and filled with nutrients your body needs!! Try plant-based yogurt or regular yogurt in any flavor. They are low in sugar and high in taste and nutrition. This yogurt packs in 10g of protein and then I added walnuts and h**p seeds for an added boost!
