Breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard I don’t have time or I don’t cook. This breakfast is quick, easy and filled with nutrients your body needs!! Try plant-based yogurt or regular yogurt in any flavor. They are low in sugar and high in taste and nutrition. This yogurt packs in 10g of protein and then I added walnuts and h**p seeds for an added boost!

Heavy sauces can sabotage your clean eating efforts. Tip: be mindful of how your meal is prepared. Try sautéing onions, garlic and cherry tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil. Cook it down and top off with high quality balsamic vinegar. This sauce can be used on chicken, fish or other veggies. Eat up.
