It's CrossFit Open 2016! And, every athlete seems to get worked up mentally to do the WOD and many times warming up insufficiently for it...

What may be helpful is to do warm ups and cool downs with a partner. That way you become just as disciplined about the mobility and warm up work as the workout itself.
