Our Admissions Director, Makayla, had a wonderful time this morning volunteering with Licking County Aging Partners to help pack 1,100 holiday bags for local seniors! 🎅🎄

🎄✨ Our Annual Adopt-A-Resident Tree Is Here! ✨🎄

Our Christmas tree is officially up in the front lobby, and we’re so excited to spread holiday cheer once again! ❤️

Each resident has a tag on the tree, and we invite anyone who’d like to participate to “adopt” a resident this season.

🛍️ Gift Details:
• $30 minimum per resident
• Please bring gifts unwrapped in gift bags
• Drop off to the Activities Department
• Deadline: December 15th

🌟 Employee of the Month Spotlight: Makayla! 🌟

We’re excited to recognize Makayla as our Employee of the Month!

Makayla has been a valued member of our team for over five years, and her dedication continues to shine each and every day.
Her favorite part about working here? The residents, the supportive staff, and the flexibility that allows her to grow both personally and professionally. Makayla has been an essential part of our team and has even helped in our dietary department on weekends. She consistently brings warmth, positivity, and reliability to her role.

Makayla is also currently in nursing school, working toward her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner—and we couldn’t be prouder of her drive and ambition!

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, her two dogs, and her cat. She also gives back to the community through volunteer work with Feed Our Children Now and various Kiwanis events. And if you ever need a food recommendation—she’s your girl! Makayla loves exploring new restaurants and cuisines. 🍽️✨

Yesterday we treated our amazing veterans to a special breakfast featuring made-to-order waffles, pancakes, omelets, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, and muffins — a true feast to start the day right! After breakfast, we proudly hung their photos on our Honor Wall, celebrating their service and stories. 🎖️
