Arlington Care Center A rehab and skilled nursing facility offering premier services to the Newark community. Arlington has been a staple in the community since 1978.

We have had multiple generations of staff and residents through the years. Arlington has passionate caregivers that are dedicated to our residents. Arlington is a resident-centered facility committed to fulfilling the health needs of the community it serves. It is large enough to have all the services you need, yet small enough to care with that personal touch that makes all the difference. We are a facility with a dynamic team of licensed nurses, certified aides and knowledgeable staff. Arlington has an exceptional therapy department which is very successful in rehabilitating residents to their best potential. We treat residents, families, employees, and community members with dignity, respect, courtesy and kindness. We maintain the highest standards for clinical and service quality, commit to continually improving the organization, our knowledge and skills. We work together in our pursuit of excellence and hold each other to the highest professional standards. 🌟 January Employee of the Month – Heather! 🌟

Please join us in celebrating Heather, our January Employee of the Month! Heather has been a dedicated part of our team for 25 years—starting right after high school.

Over the years, she has worn many hats. Heather began as a hospitality aide, then worked in housekeeping, and now serves in our laundry department. Her hard work, loyalty, and commitment to our residents truly make a difference every single day.

Heather’s connection to our community runs deep—her mom and sister both worked here as well! When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her daughter and going shopping. One day, she hopes to take a trip to beautiful Hawaii! 🌺✈️

Thank you, Heather, for 25 wonderful years of dedication and heart. We are so lucky to have you! 💙👏
