Nobody talks about how hard it is to go from a whole squad on the trail ➡️ to just me, myself, and these trees.

But listen… the mission doesn’t change just because the crowd does.

I still showed up.
I still meditated.
I still hugged a tree and minded my business.

Consistency > Applause.

Today was supposed to be a group hike… but it turned into a me hike. And honestly? I’m joyful and grateful for it. 💛✨

Nobody showed up, but I still did. I hiked, I meditated on a rock, I hammocked in my favorite spot like I was on a mini-vacation, and I enjoyed every second.

Sometimes the universe clears the room so you can hear yourself.
And today… I heard me loud and clear.
