Do you know a mom with a child age 0-3 who may be at risk for depression? We have Mother's and Babies classes starting in January in Newberg. This class is specifically geared to help moms who are feeling emotionally "down" after giving birth. The birth of a baby brings excitement and new challenges, especially as a mom and baby recover physically and settle into a new routine. The class is offered in both English and Spanish. It's not too late to sign up!

A Family Place is offering "Mothers and Babies" Class starting in McMinnville on Wed Sept 14 at 12:30. For moms with OHP who are pregnant, or have babies, toddlers or preschoolers.
