How do you speak to yourself…..with love and kindness? What is your personal narrative……are you a victim with no power or the author of your story? Do you choose to see the positive or the negative in situations? Even in the hardest situations there is always a positive, ALWAYS!!

You are a magnet……be mindful of your thoughts, for they attract!! Make sure you think, especially of yourself, positively and all for your highest good…….you have that POWER!!

Reiki is a “hands on” modality. Our hands are SO important in caring for ourselves and caring for others. They carry so much energy and ability to sense and heal!!

When your stomach hurts……you put your hands there. If you have a cut…..you cover it with your hand. As a parent, if your child is hot…….you use your hand and place it on their forehead. When you’re pregnant…….you constantly put your hand on your belly (for comfort, for protection, for reassurance). So many situations that our natural instinct is to touch…….for comfort, to heal, to show emotion……

Hands……..they are healing tools!

We invite our global spiritual family to take a few moments to be still, to come back to our mindful breathing, as we together hold Thay in our hearts in peace and loving gratitude for all he has offered the world.

Our body…….such a truly amazing creation we are!! For a long time I struggled with knowing and understanding the difference between “ego” (fear) and “intuition”……..but this right here is a great way to be able to distinguish between the two. It’s hard…….but your soul and inner self KNOWS! You may need to be still, be quiet, listen really hard, let go and trust and of course - be patient……..but your soul KNOWS! Even when that human ego is SO loud and overpowering……..it’s 100% fear based! Tap into your SELF.…….you have everything you need inside of you already! Trust and shine bright beautiful souls!
