Talk about a glow-up! We are thrilled to share this incredible 8-week progression for a patient who wanted to refresh her look while staying true to her natural features. To achieve this bright and rested appearance, I performed a comprehensive facial rejuvenation involving a brow lift to open the eye area and an upper blepharoplasty to define the lids.

We addressed the lower lids using a transconjunctival “scarless” approach combined with CO2 Fraxel Repair to tighten the skin and smooth fine lines. To finish the look, we restored youthful volume by transferring fat to the under-eyes and cheeks. The best part? She is absolutely loving her results, and because healing is a journey, her skin texture and contours will continue to refine even further over the coming months.
