Kare Home Assistance is hiring for a Client Manager. Our busy elderly home-care agency is in immediate need of an organized and dedicated Scheduler to join our staff. We are hoping to increase efficiency by a considerable margin while still providing excellent care and support for our clients who require flexible scheduling and excellent follow-through.

If you enjoy fast-paced work and you take a meticulous approach to your tasks, we're interested in hearing from you! This position involves communicating with clients, both over the phone and in person.

Objective:
The Client Manager is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. The Client Manager is responsible for scheduling clients and caregivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Reflect the values of Kare Home Assistance
• Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules on a daily basis.
• Monitor, mediate, and log both client and caregiver activity and follow up on caregiver assignments and client service.
• Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
• Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
• Recruit, hire and terminate caregivers as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining a complete Client Service Schedule.
• Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary.
• Monitor, mediate, and log all client and caregiver activity utilizing Sandata software system.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous clerical or administrative experience a plus
- Ability to learn basic computer programs and processes
- Excellent phone manner
- Advanced communication and organizational skills

Hours will be 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday at our Newington office.
