May was a bit of a doozy, but we made it🌻

Postpartum overnights, postpartum day shifts, perinatal yoga, community networking, spring cleaning, the emotional roller coaster of our rainy season, trying to balance sleep & quality time & home life 😵‍💫

I recently said a bittersweet goodbye to a long-term family, and they gifted me these beautiful Dahlias with layers of meaning 💗 so grateful to work with families that become friends

Summer, here we come! 🌈🌹👩‍🍼

Something I'm very proud of: being a community partner of ✨
I'm very delayed in reposting/sharing (I've been a partner since 2023), but I wanted to give this a dedicated place on my page!

If you don't know about the Affirming Spaces Project, please go check them out! They have put together a directory of businesses around MA, VT & NH that are welcoming, safe spaces for folks in the LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, they provide some invaluable services to those business partners, helping them educate employees and modify documents/business materials to ensure all folks feel welcome and safe!

Rainbow Rose Doula Services believes that every birthing and postpartum person should have access to respectful, trauma-informed care and evidence-based information. 🌈🌹👩‍🍼

So excited to share that and will be hosting another session of Perinatal Yoga & Mindfulness in the Newmarket Mills ✨

There is still one more chance to join us this Saturday (3/29) 11a-12p before we wrap up our current session! (Link in bio)

Something that makes me happy: Organization 👏

I treat it like a puzzle; how do I find a home for all the pieces?
I especially love when I can help somebody else freshen up and reorganize! It is always amazing the peace of mind that comes when the clutter is gone! 🌈🌹👩‍🍼

Something I'm very proud of: I recently finished my certification to become a childbirth educator! 🥳

This means I am now certified to teach labor & birth preparation classes and newborn care classes! Get in touch for more detailed info.
Yay for growth! 🌻

I chose to certify through .advocacy because their philosophies and content best align with what I strive to offer through . I am always happy to chat more about my awesome experience with that organization.

Something I'm very excited about:: I am co-facilitating a Perinatal Yoga & Mindfulness series starting NEXT SATURDAY MARCH 1ST!

I've heard from the community that there is a lack of perinatal yoga and fitness classes! So I reached out to in the Newmarket Mills.
We will be offering four sessions in March, open to anybody who is pregnant or postpartum (any stage), with no prior experience required!

There will be a perinatal-friendly yoga flow, as well as some Q&A and group discussion led by me (certified doula and childbirth educator)!
