Spring is all about new life and fresh beginnings. This week I am so proud to have baked these cupcake bouquets for my husband to celebrate the growth of his business and the first day in a new office space. We started his company nearly 5 years ago, from scratch, and I am so thankful everyday for his hard work and commitment to serving our community. Congratulations and cheers to the adventures ahead! These chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream were decorated using Russian piping tips gifted to us from (thanks Mimi!). Can’t wait to try more with this super fun tool. Who knew making bread could be easy as a Sunday morning! For week 10 of my I would like to share two of my favorite and easiest go-to recipes, a quick yeast bread and 2 ingredient banana egg pancakes that I dress up with cinnamon and vanilla! Catching up after a busy weekend! Week 8 of offers thanks to the team at Aquidneck Pediatrics! While not technically baked, these marshmallow treats are filled with gratitude for the hardworking folks who take care of our Island’s littlest residents! We hope that this will help our service reach more families as well! Stay tuned as we have a very special cake planned for next week and this rainy weekend will surely inspire some baking adventures!
