Another NCH Annual Meeting goes into the record books...

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Thursday evening for North Country Hospital’s Annual Meeting at the Eastside Restaurant.

It was a pleasure to gather together as a community and reflect on the past year, celebrate our accomplishments, say thank you to Wendy Franklin for her 24 years of service and look ahead to the future of our hospital.

The evening began with a welcome and call to order from Board Chair Louise Bonvechio, who also introduced our Board of Trustees and guided us through the meeting.

We were pleased to hear from several of our leaders during the reports portion of the program, including:

- President & CEO Thomas E. Frank, who shared reflections on the year, highlighted key achievements, and recognized members of our team for their contributions.
- Dr. Gregory Walker, Medical Staff President, who spoke on behalf of our medical staff.
- Carole Dowd, President of the Auxiliary, who shared updates on their meaningful support of the hospital.

We also completed our annual elections, led by Jennifer Harlow-Jacobs of the Nominating Committee, including the re-election of members of the Corporation, election of new members, and election of ongoing Trustees.

We are grateful to everyone who attended and to all who make North Country Hospital a special place to work and to receive care.
