Three-year-old Vince has a Boston Marathon medal hanging in his bedroom—a keepsake from the day he crossed the finish line while tucked safely inside his mom Erica’s belly.

Just days before learning she was pregnant, Erica had run the full 26.2 miles feeling strong from start to finish. Her pregnancy was just as smooth—even after her due date came and went.

It seemed little Vince wasn’t in a hurry. But at 41 weeks, everything changed.

An ultrasound revealed that Erica no longer had any amniotic fluid . . .

The Aria Covey Foundation was created to share little Aria’s love, and year after year the Covey family does exactly that—uplifting families and spreading compassion wherever they go. ✨

We were thrilled to see them at our Open House this fall. Catching up in person was a powerful reminder of how special this partnership is and how long they’ve been by our side.

Longtime supporters of Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast, the Covey family has helped bring health and hope to thousands of fragile newborns and their families. Their generosity—and leadership as matching-gift donors—strengthens our ability to serve babies who need donor milk most.
