In the past, I often had a lack of energy that made me work in a boring mood. When approaching and getting used to yoga, I realized that this is my savior whenever my body needs more energy for new journeys. Here are the tips I have gathered to promote energy in the body.



Focus Your Mind In The Workout
You know the goal of going to the gym is to do yoga. This is not the time to “think about your problems”. This is the time to learn to focus on your breath, your body, and your movements with gentle, gentle movements.



Kindness In Every Movement
Practicing yoga is about finding balance by activating the whole body as you move with yoga poses. Practicing yoga is also a way for you to take time to train your body and feel the spirit of yoga in your life.



Focus on the Breath
For yoga, the breath is the way to bring energy into the body. Begin the practice by lying on the mat and focusing on your breathing. Breathe in slowly, deeply, hold for a long time, and then exhale slowly and steadily. You can practice every night before going to bed.



Pay Attention to Feet
In yoga, movements often focus on the feet. Normally, we pay attention to the brain and the head. Therefore, expanding your awareness to the whole body is a great way to increase energy. Pay attention to the whole body in every movement.



Enjoy Relaxing in Savasana
An entire yoga session will be meaningless if you don't do savasana. This is the perfect time to perfect everything. For energy, the body requires both stillness as well as movement to establish balance. So, allow yourself to feel relaxed and deeply relaxed after completing all the savasana exercises you deserve. Lie down and relax, this is when you need to recharge yourself.
