I'd be happy to chat with you about Reiki classes...

Reiki is a fascinating and soothing practice that involves channeling energy to promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.

Whether you're new to Reiki or looking to advance your skills, taking Reiki classes can be a wonderful way to explore this natural healing technique.

So, what exactly happens in Reiki classes?

Well, it's like opening a new door to higher knowing - about how to understand and harness the flow of energy around us.

In these classes, you'll typically learn about the history and principles of Reiki, which often involves its Japanese origins and the teachings of its founder, Mikao Usui.

You will, in my classes anyway.

You might delve into the different levels of Reiki, usually ranging from Level 1, 2, 3, and Master Teacher Level, each offering a deeper understanding and greater proficiency in working with energy.

I teach all levels of Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki including Karuna Master Teacher

Starting with Level 1, you'll often get introduced to basic concepts of energy, chakras, and how Reiki works.

It's like building the foundation of your Reiki practice. You'll also learn how to perform self-healing and offer Reiki to others through hand placements and intention. It's quite hands-on, if you pardon the pun!

As you move up to Level 2, you'll dive deeper into the practice.

This might involve learning about Reiki symbols and how to use them to enhance the energy you channel.

You could also explore distance healing, which is a way of sending healing energy across time and space.

Now, if you're feeling particularly dedicated and drawn to the art of Reiki, you might eventually consider the Master Levels.

These levels involve a significant commitment to your practice and can empower you to teach Reiki to others. Becoming a Teaching Reiki Master is a bit like being the captain of a Reiki ship, guiding others on their own healing journeys !

On a more serious note,

Keep in mind that Reiki classes aren't just about lectures. They're interactive and experiential.

You'll likely engage in several guided meditations, hands-on practice with fellow students, and discussions about your experiences.
