Wanting to jump into a healthier you this year!?
Well I got you!!!

Not going to lie two years ago when I bought my starter bundle it was about supporting a friend and making my house smell amazing. (It also helped that Joseph already hated candles and we used essential oils from Amazon 🤢)

Well fast forward to today and man can I tell you have noticed an overall difference in my wellness 🙌

I owe this in part to eating a healthier lifestyle that includes more home cooked meals with fresh ingredients. The other thing is all the toxins that I have removed from my home; talk about healthy breathing over hear 🌱

Love getting happy mail from my YL besties 💕

But if you’re like me you’re defiantly going to want some digize essential oil blend for all the extra sweets being consumed today! Ever since I was little I’ve always dealt with all types of stomach issues and waking up in the middle of the night unable to sleep 🤢

Well I started taking one of those chewable pink otc pills multiple times a day until one day I legit thought I was dying because my tongue was turning black! Yea talk about a nasty side effect

Long story short digize is one of my favorite young living blends for all things stomach related 🥰
