Hi! I’m Katie Davis, owner of The Recovery Bar — and the person behind the stretches, the sauna glow, the compression boots, and the slightly obsessive passion for helping people move and feel better.

If you’re new here, here’s a little about me:

I opened The Recovery Bar because I kept seeing the same thing over and over:
amazing athletes, busy parents, hardworking adults… all pushing through pain, stiffness, and fatigue with no real recovery plan.
And honestly? I’ve been there too.

Recovery isn’t a luxury — it’s the foundation for living, training, and aging well.
So I wanted to create a space where:

❄️ Adults can move without pain
🤸 Kids and teens can avoid injuries
💆‍♀️ And EVERYONE can feel good in their body again
