As I continue to navigate adulthood, I've come to appreciate the value of planning ahead and relying on my schedule. By registering for classes in advance, I feel more in control of my health and wellness, and I'm empowered to make intentional decisions about my exercise and bodywork. Plus, with the flexibility to cancel early without penalty, you can adapt to changing priorities or unexpected setbacks.
