When you think of customer service, often you think of calling an 800 number or long hold times. Maybe even being transferred more than once. On top of that, managing your own health coverage is a pain and time consuming. My clients not only have direct access to me via text/email but I can advocate on their behalf. If there is any issue or concern, I jump in there and take care of it. I am their personal customer service for things like:
✅ Incorrect claims filing
✅ Unpaid claims errors
✅ Communication with medical facilities
✅ Getting new or virtual cards
✅ Benefit questions of all types
✅ Revisiting policy options as life changes
