Yesterday was Administrative Professionals Day, and we couldn’t let it pass without recognizing the incredible front desk team at WomanCare Centers 💐
They are the first smile our patients see when they walk through the door and the last reassuring voice they hear on the way out. From answering calls and scheduling appointments to helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for, their impact reaches far beyond the desk.
Their compassion, organization, and dedication help keep everything running smoothly, and help every patient feel valued from start to finish.
We are so grateful for all that you do. Thank you for being such an essential part of our team 💙

🌸 Infertility Awareness Week 🌸
At WomanCare Centers, we recognize that the journey to parenthood doesn’t always go as planned. During Infertility Awareness Week, we stand with the millions of individuals and couples navigating the emotional, physical, and often overwhelming challenges of infertility.
Infertility is more common than many realize and no one should have to face it alone. Whether you’re just beginning to ask questions or have been on this path for some time, our compassionate team is here to listen, support, and guide you through your options with care and respect.
This week, we encourage open conversations, greater understanding, and support for those experiencing infertility. If you or someone you love is struggling, know that help is available — and hope is real.
💗 You are not alone.
💗 Your story matters.
💗 We’re here for you every step of the way.

In 1999 the midwives and doctors of WomanCare Centers established WomanCare Midwifery (formerly known as The Midwifery Center at DePaul) for families who were seeking a safe and satisfying birth center experience. WomanCare Midwifery serves low risk women and their families who are seeking an unmedicated birth in an environment designed to serve them.
If you want to know more about WomanCare Midwifery and about an unmedicated birth or midwifery care in your pregnancy, you are invited to come hear us speak and answer your questions. We offer an Open House every month. Check back later for more information on dates and time!
If you are interested having your prenatal care and birth with WomanCare Midwifery, please let us know when you call to make your first obstetric appointment at WomanCare Centers and make plans to attend our informational Open House with your support person.
If this is what you seek, please call us at (757) 451-0929. Our spaces fill quickly.
Open House is held the First Tuesday of every month at 6 pm** Location to be announced for the upcoming 2020 year!
· You are welcome to Open House any time! You do not need to wait until after your first appointment. We welcome families still in the pregnancy planning stages.
· We ask that you arrive early for a seat. We close the doors once we begin so families will not miss important information. Please plan for traffic!
· In the interest of maintaining a learning environment, please do not bring children to this event.
· ** Dates are subject to change in the event of holidays, maintenance or weather occurrences. Follow the WomanCare Midwifery on Facebook and Instagram.
· The families who will birth with us must attend an Open House before 16 weeks. We believe that preparation for birth begins in the earliest weeks of pregnancy. Please plan to attend prior to 16 weeks. If you have attended Open House before, you do not need to attend again. You are welcome to come again but we do not require that you attend more than once.
