It's so easy to get consumed by our thoughts. So much so that we think our thoughts are facts about us. But that's SO not true! Our thoughts can come from many influences that aren't of us. We get to choose which ones stay and which should go.

How do we do that? We let them sail away like ships at sea. Good riddance! 👋🏼 Adiós! 👋🏿 Sayonara! 👋🏻

With hurting hearts, we stand with the victims, families, faculty, students, responders, and everyone involved in the ODU atrocity.

We can't imagine the fear, the out of wack nervous systems, and the heartbreak everyone involved felt in those moments.

We hope the victims and their families have a speedy recovery.
Rest in peace Brandon Shah.

Healing is challenging... especially when we start with certain expectations.

I would love for the healing process to be a complete upward slope. But I would hate to lead you on a path of misinformation.

Regardless of how you start or where you are in your journey. You're doing an amazing job! And you are worth the happiness and self discovery in the end ❤️❤️

You may be going through a difficult time but you are granted grace. You are human. You're going to make mistakes, you're going to make wrong decisions, and you are allowed to be imperfect.

It doesn't help anyone to be mean to yourself. Grace first. Grace always.
