What does a retreat FEEL LIKE? ✨

I’ve attended retreats since I was a teen….and one thing I can guarantee: it isn’t about “THE” retreat.

Not the space….not the leaders.
Not the “tools” or “strategies”.
It’s not about the goodie bag or the T-shirt.
None of that.

I feel honored to get to lead and guide our participants in two beautiful Rituals and Ceremonies. Release & Rebirth

RELEASE 🪦🥀 Participants set intentions around things that they want to release and let go of. Thoughts, habits, patterns, experiences that they want to move through. We are all always evolving. This Ceremony & Ritual marks the line in the sand where we say NO MORE.

✨If there is a shadow…that means there is also a LIGHT.✨

REBIRTH ✨🌹 Participants have cleared energy and made room within for expansion. During the Ceremony, participants open themselves to receive downloads and guidance from Spirit about their journey forwards. Intuitive Glimpses at the path unfolding ahead…🌈 They invoke the energy and attitudes that they want to carry beyond the weekend. They leave the space reborn and refreshed.

I am a regular everyday person.

I am not a United Nations correspondent….
I am not a political science major….
I am not a journalist…..
I am not a mental health professional…
I might not always say the right thing…..
I might not know every piece of news or facts….

BUT

I AM showing up.
I AM using my voice.
I AM taking action.
I AM using the power of my dollar.
I AM standing by with those who are being abused by our corrupt system.

Don’t get caught up in doing it all perfect…just 👏do 👏something.

Think back to when you were a child and you first learned about: The Underground Railroad….or the Holocaust….the Civil Rights Movement…..Did you wonder which side you would take if you had been alive then?

Well, you are alive now.

Don’t let your fear keep you stuck in a doom scroll —- take action in whatever small ways you can. 🪧

I am a regular everyday person.

I am not a United Nations correspondent….
I am not a political science major….
I am not a journalist…..
I am not a mental health professional…
I might not always say the right thing…..
I might not know every piece of news or facts….

BUT

I AM showing up.
I AM using my voice.
I AM taking action.
I AM using the power of my dollar.
I AM standing by with those who are being abused by our corrupt system.
