More than 600 people took the coldest dip of the year for the 2026 Lehigh Valley Polar Plunge at Coca Cola Park on Saturday.

If staying on dry land is more your speed, the 2026 Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run for Special Olympics Pennsylvania, presented by Sheetz, is calling your name. Join us April 26 at Penn State University for a 5K run or 2-mile family fun walk, presented by Mount Nittany Health. More than 3,500 runners and walkers of all ages and abilities take part each year.
