Woooow this has been a busy week. Working on getting new business off the ground. I walked away from my 9 to 5 and it’s been crazy.

The wife and I took a stroll around the neighborhood as you can see in the pics who was leading the way. My bad foot having tail was way behind. Did she wait for me. lol nope waited at the house for me to get there. Lol

It’s ok I told her to go ahead I was going to stay and get a few pics of the sunset. We seen it so many times but each one I see takes my mind somewhere. The beauty of the sun glistening off the water and the last little bit of sunlight reflecting off the water.

Man that is a gorgeous pic and feeling. Sometimes I just sit there on the bench and close my eyes and feel the warmth of the sun. Knowing my light skin butt need a tan..lol no seriously the warmth from the sunlight gives me energy like Superman. I feel like I can do anything.

Anyway, before I get too carried away just wanted to show that it’s not all work and no play. These walks everyday is all apart of getting healthy. We are 55 plus now and want to get in shape and travel because lord knows you have to be in shape to travel.

As, the week goes by I want to leave you with just one thing.
