At Luminosa, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy of 24-hour notice. You will be asked for a $25.00 deposit over the phone to secure your appointment (this credit will then be applied towards the remainder of your total service cost). Clients who miss their appointments or do not cancel within the 24-hour window before their session loses their deposit. Here at Luminosa, we pride ourselves on being respectful of time and courteous to all of our guests! COVID-19 / CLIENT SAFETY PROTOCOLS -
