We are able to provide a variety of home healthcare options to you and your loved ones. Our team is here to discuss your needs and identify an individualized plan of care.
Our Professional Care Consultants are experts in the healthcare industry. Together, we have over 100 years of experience and knowledge to serve each client's needs.
Provides assistance for your loved one who needs assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mouth/oral care and incontinence care.
Hospice Services:
Provides for the end of life care to clients that need that support and comfort that someone is there with them at all times, to assist with keeping the family informed of all new developments regarding the patients care.
Companion/Respite Services:
Provides assistances with shopping, meal preparation, light homemaking, laundry and assisting with the client. These services will provide for family caregivers an opportunity to attend appointments, shop or take time for themselves.
Hospital Care:
Is your loved one at the hospital and you do not want to leave them, we can arrange for a "sitter" at the hospital. The "sitter'' will sit in the room with your loved one providing them with the security that someone is there at all times.
Medication Management:
A licensed nurse will provide you with the assistance to assure that your loved one is taking medications in accordance to their physicians order. Our nursing professional at the time of open "Medication SET UP" will review your medications and verify them with your physician to assure that you are taking medications as prescribed by your physician. Medication Management is provided weekly to assure your medications are in accordance to your physicians order.
Licensed Nursing Services:
A licensed nurse can provide services to assist with wound care, routine blood work, blood sugar monitoring, PT/INR, Finger Sticks, and nebulizer assistance. Client's will receive services in the comfort of their own home, hospitals or nursing facilities. These services can be provided from 1 hour to 24 hours per day designed to meet the client's needs. Services can be provided to patients that are receiving hospice care, post hospital discharge or need additional assistance with their daily living activities. Our goal at Your Home Court Advantage is is to provide quality comfort care to your loved one. We want you to have peace of mind knowing they are well cared for. All services will be arranged for your loved one free of charge by a licensed skilled nurse at the start of care.

Our Professional Care Team of Care Consultants will coordinate of your home health care needs to include: PASSPORT, My Care Ohio, Home and Community Based Programs, Veterans Administration along with Medicare and Medicaid.
We believe that every client/ family has the right to choose their own care that they receive for their loved ones. At Your Home Court Advantage we provide seniors and their families with the knowledge an understanding of the health care arena. We help manage the care that each patient is eligible as providers in the industry we know what you are eligible for and will assist/coordinate and direct you to receive those eligible services. We have a "TEAM" of healthcare professionals that will give you an advantage when receiving home care services.
