Saturday we completed comprehensive shoulder screenings for a year-round swim team, analyzing strength, flexibility, and mechanics. Swimmers put huge demands on their shoulders, often performing hundreds of strokes per practice. Small limitations can quickly turn into big problems.

By assessing these athletes early in the season, we can:
✔ Prevent overuse injuries
✔ Improve stroke efficiency
✔ Guide individualized strength programs
✔ Keep them in the pool—where they belong
