Home practice are always the best ! It leaves a lot of room for you to make mistakes , grow and even forgiveness when you forget about the opposite LEG😂😫

No where does it say you have to be PERFECT to do yoga. You DONT, there is no such thing!!

Just have fun , align every movement carefully to be safe and BREATHE!

I can’t believe it! First I just want to thank God for being my number 1 supporter through it all !!! ( 😂HAHA)

But seriously , for those of you who know me I am typically quiet in large settings or shy if the attention is on me ! This photo shoot was AMAZING! 🥰☺️ I learned so much about myself , my worth and even things I want to personally work on! It’s crazy when you build up nerves which creates/leads to FEAR, instead of just ( BREATHING) and knowing everything is going to be ok!!!

You are literally perfect just the way you ARE!

I can’t believe it! First I just want to thank God for being my number 1 supporter through it all !!! ( 😂HAHA)

Words can’t express how grateful I am for the teacher training ! After obtaining my certification online , I didn’t feel that I learn enough and I didn’t feel my craft had fully developed. I knew I needed/wanted more hands on experience. Attending this yoga school was amazing beyond words. I leaned so much from meditation, adjustments, inversions, journaling and so much more! Yoga is a passion of mine and I plan to take it as far as God will lead me. There is nothing like learning how to heal and find peace within yourself.

Always remember it’s not about having the perfect asana. It’s taking the time to find PEACE within any pose in any LOCAT...
