🌟 New Class in NKC! Therapeutic Chair Yoga 🌟

I’m so excited to bring my gentle, supportive chair yoga to Beacon Bodyworks (1609 Swift St, North Kansas City, MO 64116)!
Starts Tuesday, Nov 18 at 9:45 AM and continues every Tuesday.

This class is perfect if you:
• Want a calm, pain-aware practice
• Prefer not to get on the floor
• Need options for balance, strength, and mobility—at your pace

We’ll use the chair for support while we:
🧘‍♀️ release tight neck/shoulders & low back
🌬️ practice simple breath to ease stress
🦴 build strength & stability without strain
🧠 end with a relaxing guided reset

Come as you are—chairs and props provided.
