Breaking habits I have when I am feeling sad.
Fue un día en el que sentí que no había logrado nada, y después del trabajo, en lugar de parar en la tienda como suelo hacer cuando estoy triste, paré en un lavadero de autos que vi de repente. Tuve tiempo para distraerme de los pensamientos preocupantes y valoré lo bueno. Sentí que, de hecho, había sido un buen día; ¡logré algo! ¡Mi auto estaba limpio!
