Okay. So I will be doing some group therapy sessions. I have four areas of focus at this time.

Trauma
Depression
Self Esteem
LGBT

Each session is $25. There will be up to 10 seats available per session. As long as I have 5 participants, I will book sessions.
There will be refreshments and other items included in the sessions. Also, I plan to incorporate guest speakers, games, prizes, short videos, and journaling.
