✅What You’ll Do
•Provide individualized physical therapy to children in an outpatient setting.
•Treat a broad spectrum of developmental skills, sensory-motor and neuromuscular conditions, along with movement disorders and injuries.
•Help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence in daily activities.
•Collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress at home.
•Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
•Bring creativity and compassion to each session, making therapy an encouraging experience for every child.
👀What We’re Looking For
•Active Arkansas PT license (required).
•Experience in pediatrics preferred, but not required.
•Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•A genuine commitment to helping children achieve their goals.
