Today we honor those we’ve lost, celebrate the progress we’ve made, and recommit to ending the HIV epidemic together.

Community Health Centers play a vital role in this work. In addition to increasing HIV testing around December 1st, we encourage all centers to take it a step further this year:

⭕️Track and report the number of patients currently on PrEP and PEP
⭕️Identify opportunities to expand access to preventive medication
⭕️Engage your community with education, support, and linkage to care

Let’s continue strengthening prevention, treatment, and trust in our communities.

Happy Thanksgiving from CHCA!

We’re proud of the Arkansas leaders who contributed to the conversation: Dr. Marico Howe, Mia Stark, Dr. Susan Ward Jones, Judd Semingson, and Allan Nichols. Dr. Howe also shared her expertise on a panel during the strategy meeting.
