I am continually filled with gratefulness for all of the people I have been privileged to work with.

I know it is not always easy to show up to see me and to put in work BUT getting to witness it is an honor. One that I do not take for granted.

Perfectionism often disguises itself as “high standards,” but in reality, it can be a sneaky form of fear. Fear of failing or disappointing. Fear of being judged or embarrassment. Fear of not being “enough.”

When we wait until things feel perfect before we take action, we end up waiting forever. Progress happens through learning, trying, and sometimes falling short—not through waiting for flawless conditions.

Growth doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from movement.

Just like saving for your future, therapy is about putting time, energy, and care into you. The return? Better coping skills, healthier relationships, improved self-awareness, and a stronger sense of well-being.

Your mental health deserves the same priority as your physical health, career, or finances. Every session is a step toward building a stronger foundation for the life you want.

✨ Investing in yourself is always worth it.

There’s a big difference between going to therapy and doing therapy.

✅ Going to therapy means showing up—booking the session, sitting on the couch (or logging in), and talking. That alone is a powerful first step. It takes courage. 💪

But...

💥 Doing therapy means engaging. It’s being open, honest, reflective. It’s asking the hard questions and sitting with the uncomfortable answers. It’s applying what you learn outside the session—in your thoughts, your habits, your relationships.

Doing therapy is the work.
Going to therapy is how you show up to start it. Both matter.

BUT

Healing isn’t just about attendance—it’s about doing the work! Change is HARD work

Did you know that research shows that exposure to elevated levels of cortisol (stress hormone) while baby is in utero can impact their developing brain? Studies show that elevated cortisol can cause changes in development to a baby’s frontal lobe and amygdala. Maternal mental health matters! If you believe you are struggling with a perinatal mood disorder, which 1 in 5 are, know you are not alone and treatment is available.
