Happy 2025! I am normally not one to make resolutions and such, BUT I decided to do something new this year. One of the resolutions I made was that I wanted to do things that scare me, one of them being more outgoing. If you've ever met me, you know that I prefer being quiet and am EXTREMELY shy, but I want to be brave this year! I am going to try to start regularly posting things and am also looking to start a Youtube channel highlighting all things health, wellness and showing my own journey to achieve balance in those ways. I ask that you please be patient with me as I am quite new to all of this, but will strive to learn and grow as I go. If there's any suggestions or questions you may have, I welcome it! Here's to a blissful 2025!!! 💖😁
